Muhammad Suleman has been working as a Research Associate at the Centre for Pakistan and Gulf Studies (CPGS) Islamabad since August 2013. He is also Board Member of the CPGS. He holds the degree of M.Sc. in Strategic and Nuclear Studies from National Defence University (NDU), Islamabad Pakistan and MS degree in Political Science from International Islamic University, Islamabad, Pakistan. His areas of interest are Political Islam, Violent Extremism & Terrorism, Sufi Culture of Pakistan, and Regional Relations and Connectivity. Mr Suleman regularly contributes in print media regarding contemporary Strategic & Political Issues. Besides, he has also presented various research papers on different national and international conferences, seminars and round-tables.
