President CPGS Senator Sehar Kamran member Senate Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan presented a resolution to condemn Nanga Parbat killing.
Senate Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan met to discuss key foreign policy issues.
The Committee also through a resolution has strongly condemned the brutal killing of innocent mountaineers from China, Ukraine, Lithonia and Slovakia at Nanga Parbat base camp.
The Committee expressed its deep sympathies with the government and families of the deceased.
The perpetrators of this barbarous act, the committee observed, want to defame Pakistan and derail its relation with the friendly countries through such acts.
Pakistan, itself a victim of terrorism, denounce it in all its forms, the resolution says. The Committee urged up on the government to track dawn the culprits of this gruesome acts and award them exemplary punishment.
The resolution was moved by Senator Sehar Kamran which was unanimously passed by the Standing Committee.
